Maunu Primary School Whangārei Takes Home May’s $3000 Cloke Prize

This is what $3000 looks like when it hits the school community.
Maunu Primary were thrilled to find out they'd won the Cloke Hoodie prize draw last month. Cassandra from the Board of Trustees told us they're aiming to put the windfall toward a new playground.
Joel, Mark, Steve and Cherie from Crazy Frog Embroidery & Print met with her on Wednesday and were welcomed onto the school with a waiata from the kids. The team loved talking to the kids that would benefit.
The students were wearing their new Cloke Edge Hoodies, embellished by Steve and Cherie at Crazy Frog Embroidery & Print, emblazoned with the school moto on the back: The Freedom to Soar.
Maunu Primary is May’s winner of Cloke’s 60th Anniversary $3000 hoodie draw. Our celebration of 60 years dressing kiwis of all shapes and sizes. Every hoodie ordered in May went into a draw, and Maunu won.
