Shipping and Delivery

Cloke garments are stocked in our Auckland and Invercargill warehouses. 

There is no minimum order from Cloke, however your decorator may have minimums depending on what embellishment you are opting for. 

Orders placed before 4pm are usually dispatched same day.

For North Island urban addresses, this is overnight via NZ Post.

For South Island urban addresses, both overnight and economy options are available.

Rural delivery is available (allow extra time).

Collecting / Pick-ups

Orders must be ordered the day before and can be collected between 8.30 am and 4.00pm Monday to Friday once packed.  When ready for collection an e-mailed invoice will be sent through to your accounts department. 

If you require a same day collection, or a specific person needs to be notified, you will need to note this clearly on your order in the “delivery notes section”.
