100 Days Easy Returns

We want you to be stoked with your Cloke garments.  But we know that sometimes things don't work out as expected.

Need to return? No problem, you've got 100 days, with our ‘Easy Returns’ policy:

You may return product without prior approval and with no re-stocking fees, subject to the following:

• Returns are in resaleable condition: Clean, unworn, unwashed and not customized in any way. This includes:
  • Hood lining changes
  • Fit modifications
  • Embellishment
• It is less than 100 days since invoice date
• Returns are accompanied by a copy of the invoice they were supplied on
• Returns are not clearance/end-of-line product

Once returns have been received, a credit will be made to your account or payment refunded to your card, depending on original purchase method.
